    Fruit or coffee Wednesday: CudaMax scrambled eggs of 2 eggs (264), 200g of mushrooms (50 Kcal) and 100g of wild asparagus (30 Kcal). Fruit or coffee This day I fell short. Thursday: 200g of meat (260 Kcal) and 100g of rice or 400g of potatoes. (See on Tuesday) Friday: 100g of sardines in oil with rice or potatoes like yesterday. Saturday: Chicken to the peasant. I did it with an envelope of those that are baked. 250g of chicken with its seasoning were 200Kcal. With 200g of cooked potato Sunday: Pisto.
